Venepuncture
This 3-hour course covers all the skills and knowledge to safely carry out phlebotomy. There are opportunities to practice on a model but the candidate will have to undergo supervised practice in a clinical setting to be confirmed as competent. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure they have their competencies signed-off before practicing independently.
