Mike McHale: RMN, RGN, DipN, PGCE, Cert IHSM

Mike founded Bespoke Training Services UK in 1998. He qualified as a psychiatric nurse in 1976 and a registered general nurse in 1980. He has nursed in many different contexts: hospitals, day centres, nursing homes and in the community. Mike has been involved in the education of others throughout his career: training students, qualified staff and service users. He has an ability to convert the complex into the understandable. He uses his psychiatric skills and knowledge to create a person-centred approach in getting the most out of people. Mike’s courses are relaxing but stimulating, humorous yet challenging.

Peter Jones: RNMH, Registered Managers Award

Peter has been involved in caring since 1981. He has worked with many different service user groups and qualified as a Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities in 1989.  When Peter is not directly involved in caring he uses his natural flair for communication to teach. His portfolio of specialist subjects includes; learning disabilities, mental health,  health & safety as well as first aid. His easy conversational style of presenting is a real hit with his audiences.

Diana McHale: RGN, MSc, BSc (Hons), ENB 100

Over the last 18 years Diana has worked in the Critical Care Outreach Team sharing her skills and knowledge with nursing and medical staff within the general ward setting. Despite Diana’s academic background she delivers her courses in an easy to understand format concentrating on how to apply the theory to practice.
